Reading Shegaon room rates correctly

  • Confirm whether a quoted rate is per room or per person — always ask explicitly.
  • Check what is included: AC, bedding for every guest, attached washroom, hot water.
  • Ask the exact check-in and check-out time; most rooms follow a 24-hour or fixed-noon cycle.
  • On Utsav days and weekends, book early — Shegaon fills up faster than most pilgrim towns.
  • Never pay to a number you have not verified; get the amount and room details in writing first, and keep a screenshot.

Official Bhakta Niwas vs assisted stays

The Sansthan runs its own large pilgrim complexes — Bhakta Niwas and Anand Vihar — with simple rooms at nominal trust-set charges, booked directly through the Sansthan’s official channels or counters in Shegaon. When those are full, or when a family wants a specific comfort level (AC, deluxe, ground floor for elders), we help arrange private rooms nearby at the rates shown on this page. Both paths are good ones; just know which one you are booking.

Room price FAQs

What is the Shegaon Bhakta Niwas room price?
The Sansthan's own Bhakta Niwas complexes (including Anand Vihar) are booked directly through the official Sansthan, and their nominal charges are set by the trust. The rates on this page — roughly ₹1,450 to ₹4,550 per night — are for assisted private stays we arrange when official rooms are full or a family wants a specific comfort level.
Are these rates per room or per person?
Per room, per night, for the listed bed count. Always re-confirm this on the call — it is the single most common source of confusion in Shegaon bookings anywhere.
Do rates change during Utsav days?
Yes. Around Prakat Din (February), Ram Navami, Rishi Panchami / Samadhi Din (September) and long weekends, demand rises sharply and rates and availability both tighten. Book earlier for these dates.
What documents are needed at check-in?
A government photo ID (Aadhaar, driving licence, voter ID or passport) for every adult guest. Carry originals, not photocopies.
