1. What this service is
Shegaon Stay Guide provides information about visiting Shegaon and paid assistance in arranging private accommodation there. We are an independent service with no affiliation to Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan; the trust's own Bhakta Niwas is booked through its official channels.
2. Bookings and confirmation
- A booking exists only once we send you a written confirmation (normally on WhatsApp) stating room category, dates, guest count, amount and check-in timing.
- Rates quoted on this website are approximate guidance; the written confirmation is the binding tariff.
- Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed — especially around Prakat Din, Ram Navami, Samadhi Din and long weekends.
3. Payments
- Pay only after receiving the written confirmation, and only to the account or number stated in it.
- Keep a screenshot of the confirmation and payment receipt; these are your record for any dispute.
- We never collect donations of any kind. Donations to the Sansthan belong only with its official channels.
4. Check-in and guest responsibilities
- Every adult guest must present a government photo ID at check-in.
- Rooms are simple pilgrim accommodation; occupancy is limited to the confirmed guest count.
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for treating the property and its staff with respect.
5. Liability
Accommodation is provided by the respective property owners. Our responsibility is limited to honest facilitation: accurate communication of the room, tariff and terms, and reasonable help resolving issues during your stay. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including transport delays, weather, or changes in mandir and Anand Sagar timings.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies from its 'last updated' date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
